Abstract：Objective To improve anesthesia nursing quality, with the adoption of scientific and efficient methods, on the basis of ensuring the clinical safety of In this paper, modularization was combined with Donabedian's three-dimensional quality evaluation model and applied to anesthesia nursing quality management. Results Compared with the traditional method, modularization saves 4339 sheets of paper per year; each year the department nurses save h/person for rule examinations, and the annual nursing quality management team saves h for rule assessment scoring and results collection. Conclusion The application of modularization to anesthesia nursing quality management is not only conducive to environmental protection, but also can improve the efficiency of nursing quality control, and achieve the rational use of nursing human resources.

近年来， 国家管理部门出台了多项关于麻醉科建设的文件， 其中不仅提出了麻醉护理的岗位设置要求还阐述了麻醉护理的具体工作内涵[1,2,3]。 麻醉护理作为专科护理具有其自身特点， 同时也需要建立护理质量管理体系， 提高麻醉护理质量， 保证患者安全[4]。 模块化是一种实现将复杂系统分解成为更好的可管理模块的方式。 护理质控内容模块化不仅能达到各模块功能清晰、 各模块数据连续和共享的功能， 还有利于日常护理质量控制、 分析和提高护理质量[5]。 我科自2017年设立专门的麻醉护理质量管理小组， 运用“结构-过程-结果”的三维质量评价模式进行麻醉护理质量管理。 自2018年开始将模块化运用到麻醉护理质量管理中， 分别从结构、 过程和结果3个模块开展麻醉护理质量管理工作。

1、 麻醉护理质量管理小组

麻醉护理质量管理小组按功能划分为规范组、 监测组和改善组。 其中， 规范组工作对应结构维度形成麻醉护理质量管理的结构模块、 监测组工作对应过程维度形成麻醉护理质量管理的过程模块、 改善组工作对应结果维度针对麻醉护理质量管理的结果模块。
