通过这次考试，我发现自己在这段时间学习的严重不足。单选题的错误在于平时听课效率不够高，笔记做得不完善，复习又不全面，像XX这样的知识点未弄明白，等等。所以在唯一可以把握书本知识的题目上出错，针对这点，以后一定要把握好课堂45分钟，不懂的地方及时问老师、同学。

首先，在教育目标的制订上，立足幼儿期幼儿的特点，将目标制订得浅显易接受，小班的英语教育注重语感培养，培养孩子对英语的整体感觉，以听说为主，结合VCD，坚持听说结合，先听后说。

其此，在教育内容的选择上，我选择幼儿亲身经历和日常生活中感兴趣、能理解、易吸收的琅琅上口的歌谣，既生动有趣，富有童趣，又贴近幼儿生活与情感喜好，符合各年龄幼儿的发展特点。如歌谣：《Johnny Johnny》，《Round and round the garden》，《Little bee》

《Peek-- a-- boo》等。

第三，在教学方法上，我们以手指游戏和肢体语言为主，各种教学方法灵活交替使用，以此吸引幼儿抓住幼儿，从而有效的调动幼儿学习的兴趣。我们经常借助实物、直观教具和模型玩具等幼儿喜爱的事物，让幼儿在玩乐中学习英语，提高了学习英语的兴趣。

第四，在教学手段上，我充分利用VCD等直观的现代化教育手段来激发和帮助幼儿学习英语。如：在教幼儿学习各种动物类的单词时，我们通过电脑或放VcD形式演示给幼儿看让幼儿觉得学习英语非常有趣。此外，我们还播放有关的英语动画短剧给

幼儿看，播放一些英语歌曲给幼儿听，引导孩子跟唱，这一些都激发了幼儿学习英语的兴趣。

此外，在每堂课的前几分钟或结束课堂前有意识的设计一些英语歌谣表演竞赛活动，轮流请一些幼儿上来表演歌谣或歌曲，在活动中我们注意让每个幼儿都有参与活动和表现能力的机会，使幼儿处在一种极佳的情绪状态，在不知不觉中愉快的`接受英语。

此外，在教学过程中注重对孩子的鼓励，特别是对小班的幼儿。他们特别喜欢得到stick，或是老师对他们的拥抱。回答问题正确、清晰、完整、声音洪亮者给予奖励，发给这些小朋友小五星。当然，对于不常举手的小朋友也要给他们机会大胆起言，鼓励他们多举手，也奖励他们小五星，培养每个孩子学英语的积极性。

本学期我负责的是五个小班和一个中九班，接下来我简单的介绍这六个班的英语情况：

中九班：除了年龄比小班大一些，它和小班一样都是新招班，没接触过英语，除了完成和小班一样的教学内容，我给他们增加了一些有难度的歌谣如：《Traffic Light》《Cat Cat Cat 》--对他们的歌谣表演也提出了更高的要求，要求做到大方，大胆，有表情，有自信。期末测查除了两名幼儿表现不够理想，其他的幼儿都表现的相当优秀，对英语的兴趣特别高。

小一班：是五个小班中，表现最出色的一个班集体，课堂气氛非常活跃，除了两名幼儿不常上课，其他幼儿都全部掌握所学的单词和歌谣，而且都能单独地响亮地表演歌谣，表现出很大的自信心和表现欲。

小二班/小三班：孩子年龄差异较大，特别是小三班，有一小部分幼儿还没学会讲话，想说说不出来，因此，在课堂中，我更多的是关注他们是否都乐于参加活动和是否开心，他们需要更多的时间来准备，我们不能Push them to learn English。

小四班/小五班：对英语的兴趣都很高，测查结果表明90%以上的幼儿都掌握了教学内容。
